Machine structure

 1This machine tool is mainly composed of main machine body, cnc feeding system, material conveyor, electrical system, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, waste box and other parts. The machine tool adopts a fixed bed structure and a movable workpiece structure, which is suitable for the processing of large H-shaped steel, is convenient for continuous production, and has a high degree of automation.

   2The drilling machine body is composed of bed, CNC sliding table components, supporting device, upper pressing device, side pressing device, detection device and so on. The parts of the numerical control sliding table are the fixed side, the moving side and the upper unit numerical control sliding table. The sliding table components are composed of a sliding plate, a sliding table seat, a headstock, a high-speed mechanical spindle, a tool cylinder, a frequency conversion motor, a servo motor, a linear guide, a lead screw, etc., which are used for drilling of H-shaped steel.

  3The CNC feeding system is composed of bracket, gear, rack, servo motor, reducer and manipulator. The servo motor drives the manipulator to drive the H-shaped steel to move in the X direction to feed the H-shaped steel, which can realize the precise positioning of the workpiece.

  4. The material conveyor is divided into a material feeding conveyor and out-feeding conveyor. The feeding conveyor is composed of a conveyor support, a     supporting roller, a side pushing device, etc., which is used to carry the profiled steel blank, position the profiled steel blank in the Y direction and cooperate with the CNC feeding device to feed. The out-feeding conveyor is composed of a material channel bracket, a supporting roller, etc., which are used to carry the finished workpiece.

  5. The cooling system uses internal and external cooling methods to cool the borehole with oil mist. Its advantages are that the amount of coolant is small, cost-saving, environmentally friendly, and can reduce drill bit wear.

  6. The hydraulic system is used to provide power for the upper pressing device, the side pressing device, the knife cylinder, etc.

  7. The pneumatic system is used to provide power for manipulators, test cylinders, etc.

  8. The lubrication system uses a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. Centralized lubrication is mainly used for timing and quantitative lubrication of main linear guides and lead screws.

  9. The control system of the machine tool is composed of a host computer, PLC and so on.

Programming method: input CAD drawings or processing parameters through USB interface or keyboard to generate processing program. The processing program can be stored, recalled, displayed and communicated at any time according to the part number. The machine tool can not only realize the manual adjustment and control of each processing parameter, but also realize the automatic control processing of the whole process.
