1. The production line integrates the high-performance 828D CNC control system with an advanced servo-driven feeding mechanism, achieving high-speed processing while maintaining excellent dimensional accuracy, superior positioning repeatability, and consistent machining quality throughout the complete production cycle.

A servo-controlled automatic centering mechanism is incorporated into the material support roller assembly, enabling efficient processing of longitudinal beams with various cross-sectional configurations. The system automatically compensates for height differences ranging from 0–200 mm, ensuring precise workpiece alignment, stable material support, and reliable feeding performance during machining operations.

3. The equipment supports the installation of up to 25 punching dies with different diameters, providing versatile tooling arrangements and efficient production adaptability. 4. The complete manufacturing cycle, including material loading, punching operations, and finished component unloading, is performed automatically through an integrated production system. 6. The intelligent programming software supports direct import of AutoCAD drawings and DXF files generated by various mainstream CAD platforms. Combined with an intuitive Human–Machine Interface (HMI), the system automatically analyzes design data and converts it into machining programs.
