Product Features

1. The machine consists of bed, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling power head, workbench, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, etc.

2. The servo sliding drilling power head has the function of drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering and milling groove. It can work together or independently. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan precision spindle (internal cooling), spindle taper hole BT50, with butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism, which can be equipped with drill bit or milling cutter through connecting rod, hydraulic cylinder loosening tool, and it is very convenient to replace the tool.

3. The machine body is equipped with high precision linear guide, moving mobility. AC servo motor is used to drive synchronous belt and precision ball screw pairs. Ensure high accuracy. 

4. The machine body and gantry are made of casting or high-quality steel plate welding. They are annealed at high temperature before processing, annealed again after semi-finishing to eliminate stress, and then finished to ensure stable accuracy.

5. There are several horizontal T slot on the worktable for clamping fixture and plate. Optional four-jaw self-centering chuck clamping device greatly improves the production efficiency of batch parts.

6. Adopt German Siemens CNC system, Spanish FAGOR CNC system or Chinese KND system, drilling coordinates can be directly converted between CAD and CAM, facilitating programming, storage, display, and communication. The user interface features error compensation, automatic alarms, and human-computer interaction. Workpiece hole locations can be input via keyboard, USB, network, or CAD graphics, automatically generating machining programs. Pre-drilling preview and inspection capabilities ensure user-friendly operation.

7. It is equipped with a photoelectric edge finder, which can easily and quickly locate the position of the workpiece. Additionally, optional 24T disc tool magazines or linear tool magazines significantly improve machining efficiency.
