1. Advanced Automated Operation

The production line integrates a fully automated material handling system, including horizontal feeding conveyors, rotary loading racks, automatic discharge units, and transfer mechanisms. All drilling and punching processes are completed within a single continuous workflow. The entire operation is fully automated, significantly reducing labor requirements while improving production efficiency and operational stability.

2. High-Precision Drilling Unit

The drilling spindle adopts high-quality Taiwan-manufactured BT40 precision spindles with internal cooling capability, ensuring excellent drilling performance and high dimensional accuracy. The drilling system is equipped with six CNC-controlled drilling heads, arranged symmetrically with three units on each side of the angle steel. For holes with identical diameters and consistent offsets from the upper flange edge, paired drilling heads on both sides can operate simultaneously, significantly increasing machining efficiency.

3. User-Friendly Human–Machine Interface

The control system features bilingual operation in Chinese and English, offering an intuitive interface with clear visualization of workpiece drawings for easy operation and monitoring.

4. Simplified Programming Process

Programming is highly efficient and user-friendly. Operators only need to input basic parameters such as workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, spacing, and production quantity. The system also supports direct import of CAD/CAM nesting data and is compatible with TEKLA-generated .NC1 files, ensuring seamless data integration and streamlined production workflow.
