Structural Features:

1. The milling power head uses a high-quality, self-made milling head specifically designed for edge milling machines (a stable product independently designed and manufactured by the company). The milling power head is mounted on a lifting slide on the left side of the column and can be electrically raised and lowered with the column slide screw. For fine adjustments, manual adjustment is required to ensure safety and accuracy during tool setting. The worm gear shaft on the slide can be tilted at a corresponding angle to the horizontal plane, enabling machining of the front face (0-85°) and the bottom face (0--45°) end face or bevel. The milling feed speed can be adjusted at any time to meet the needs of milling at any speed and rapid return. It also features reciprocating milling functionality.

2. The power trolley features a non-standard, enlarged design and is a separately designed unit. Gears and reducers are mounted on the large slide, with the gears meshing on the guide rail rack. A low-noise, high-torque reducer with hardened parallel shaft helical gears drives the machine via a variable frequency motor. The frequency converter, through a controller, allows for stepless speed regulation of the traveling mechanism. Detailed traveling and milling speeds are displayed on the digital display on the milling machine's control panel. It is convenient, fast, and highly efficient. This machine has two independent power trolleys, which can be controlled independently or in conjunction. A safety anti-collision device is installed between the two trolleys.

3. Milling Cutter Head: The milling cutter head of this machine tool uses a high-quality domestically produced milling machine-specific milling cutter head that meets national standards. Based on the customer's machining requirements for Q345D high-strength steel plates, a Φ125-160 high-strength 75° cutter head is used to reduce the cutting contact area, lower cutting temperature, and reduce tool wear. YW series carbide high-alloy inserts can be used.

4. Electrical Control Box: There are two sets of electrical control boxes. One set is installed on the right column on the right side of the machine bed, mainly controlling the overall power supply. The other set of electrical control boxes is fixedly installed on the power carriages. The electrical control panel is mounted on the column, near the operating surface. Pressing the required buttons allows operation of the machine for normal milling. The travel speed and power head speed are digitally displayed on the control panel.
